Perforation :

The perforated metal ceiling offer an effective acoustic solution for the applications requiring the intelligent noise abatement, ESDCO offer a wide range of perforation patterns for customer’s choices.

All of ESDCO ceiling panels can be provided plain or with a wide range of perforation patterns. Perforation helps improve acoustics and enhance the overall appearance of the ceiling.

This enhances the panel appearance and avoids potentional rust.

Acoustics :

One of the main functions of perforated metal ceiling is to create a pleasant atmosphere enhanced by intelligent noise absorption. ESDCO perforated ceiling with acoustic non-woven are designed to offer the excellent solutions for effective acoustic comfort. A wide range of acoustic performances are available depending on the intended purpose.

The acoustic performance of perforation pattern ‘A’ and pattern ‘B’ with acoustic non-woven has been tested for sound absorption performance in accordance with BS EN 20 354: 1993.

The noise reduction coefficient (NRC) was calculated in accordance with ASTM C423-90A.
